Today I took part in a workshop where we worked with trauma stored in the body.
It has been one of the most powerful experiences I have ever had — intense, moving, powerful, strange, hard, and confusing. The whole process was surrounded by safety, so the feeling of being secure was present throughout.
When I came home, I was exhausted, and I look forward to it settling and taking root over the coming days.

Here's the story of a teen boy, his name and his mother's name are hidden in respect of his privacy.

He doesn't mean to feel the difference himself, BUT I can! He is beginning to be more alive, outgoing and it is felt that his self-confidence/esteem is growing. He talks more and, for the first time in a very long time, has charmed himself in the face of other slightly more challenging people, whom he didn't usually dare before. Ivalu, it's like he's starting little by little, starting to blossom... It is as if some of his "veils" are slowly lifting and he is slowly starting to see himself a little more objectively than he has for a long time - since a few years into the start of school. It warms my heart, to start seeing his true self is slowly starting to come back...
